Pricing

How pricing works, before we talk about what it costs.

We do not publish a number, and we would rather tell you why than put up a figure that changes the moment you ask a question about it. Origin360 prices on how many people log in and which industry solution you licence — a ten-store retail group and a ten-person trading desk have the same headcount and almost nothing else in common.

The model

Three layers, and nothing hidden between them

How Origin360 licensing stacks Three layers. Core and Platform form the base and ship as standard for every tenant. An industry or channel solution is licensed on top of it. Add-ons sit above the solution they belong to and are only available once that solution is licensed. ONLY ABOVE A LICENSED SOLUTION Add-ons Loyalty · Price Intelligence · Upstream Fiscal · Bulk Logistics LICENSED SEPARATELY Industry & channel solutions Retail/POS · Commerce · Last-Mile · CRM · Explore · Mining · Commodity · Oil & Gas EVERY TENANT, BY DEFAULT Core + Platform Finance · Procurement · Sales · Inventory · Manufacturing · Works · Projects · Fixed Assets · Payroll & HR · Customer Service
Base

Core and Platform ship as standard

Finance, procurement, sales, inventory, manufacturing, works, projects, fixed assets, payroll and customer service — licensed for every tenant by default, not as a tier.

Middle

Solutions are licensed separately

Retail and POS, commerce, last-mile, CRM, Explore, and the industry solutions. You licence what you run. You do not pay for a metallurgical balance to run a cash-and-carry.

Top

Add-ons sit above their industry

An add-on extends the industry solution it belongs to, so it is only available — and only charged — once that industry is licensed.

Payroll & HR is in the base. Nearly every alternative sells payroll as a separate product on a separate contract, and then charges you again to make it talk to the accounts. Here it is standard, and it posts to the ledger because it is part of the same system.

Tiers

Tiers size users, not features

Tier 1up to 25 users
Tier 2up to 75 users
Tier 3up to 200 users
Tier 4200+ users

The bar is user count. Every tier gets the same 247 screens — the feature set does not move.

Parallel run

Run it alongside your current system for a month. At no cost.

Compare every payslip and every invoice to the cent before you move anything.

Week 1

We load your data

Chart of accounts, opening balances, stock, suppliers, customers, price lists and staff. Your structures, your account codes, your numbering.

Weeks 2–5

You run both

Your team captures into what they use today, and into Origin360. Same documents, same pay run, same month.

The decision

You compare, then decide

Gross to net on every payslip. Every invoice total. The VAT figure. The trial balance. If they do not agree, you have lost a month and no money.

Nothing on this site is more persuasive than your own payroll manager confirming that both systems produced the same net pay for every person on your payroll.

What we will ask

Four questions, and then a number

  1. How many people need to log in, and in which roles?
  2. How many legal entities, sites and warehouses?
  3. Which industry solution, if any?
  4. How many staff on the payroll?

That is enough to quote. If you would rather send those four answers than sit through a call first, put them in the message on the demo form and we will come back with the figure.
