Privacy notice
What we collect from this website
If you complete the demo form, we collect your name, organisation, email address, phone number, industry, current system and headcount band. We collect nothing else from this site — no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, no cross-site profiling.
Why we hold it
To contact you about the demo you asked for, and to prepare it. That is the only purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside Origin360.
How long
Twenty-four months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Then we delete it.
Your rights under POPIA
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to us processing it. Email WhatsApp 071 877 0963 and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Data in the product
Where you use Origin360 itself, your organisation is the responsible party for the personal information in it — your staff records, your customer details — and Origin360 is the operator processing it on your instruction. That relationship is set out in your services agreement, including where the data is hosted and what happens to it if you leave.

This website
The content on this site describes the Origin360 product and is provided for information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance and does not form part of any agreement between us. Where a figure or capability on this site differs from your signed services agreement, the agreement governs.
The product
Use of Origin360 is governed by a separate written services agreement covering licensing, fees, hosting, data protection, support, availability, term and termination. Nothing on this website varies it.
Intellectual property
The Origin360 name, the software and the content of this site belong to [REGISTERED COMPANY NAME] (registration number [CIPC REGISTRATION NUMBER]). Your data in the product remains yours.
Governing law
The laws of the Republic of South Africa apply, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.

Access to information
Under the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000, we maintain a PAIA manual describing the records we hold and how to request them.

Making a request
Send a completed request form to the Information Officer at the address above. We will respond within the periods the Act prescribes. Where a request is refused, the reasons and your right of appeal are given in writing.
